Due to traffic hold up I was late for my appointment but the receptionist and doctor were very understanding.

It's always excellent and helpful but could do with being able to get quicker appointment.
However, in emergency it's good.

Pharmacy was very helpful.
Reception was courteous but needed more staff to reduce wait time.
